    Is there a cost to join the company?

    Yes, there is a one-time $99 agent fee to join the company.

    Where would I work? Do you have a local office?

    Although we do have regional offices throughout the country, most of our agents prefer to work from the convenience of their home office.

    What kind of training and support does the company offer its agents?

    The company offers online training, weekly training calls, and local field training. We strongly believe that an agent's success is largely based on their access to training and continual support.

    Is this insurance sales?

    No, our current expansion is within our voluntary employee benefit market, which includes legal access and identity theft plans. Agents do, however, have access to insurance products through our subsidiary, Harvard Insurance Group.

    Is an insurance license required?

    No, the identity theft plans can be marketed in all fifty states without an insurance license. Other products offered by HRMC may have licensing requirements.

    How am I paid?

    Agents are paid by direct deposit and then sent a 1099 at the end of the year. All agents are independent contractors.
